Fala Chen changed her evening dress for Tavia Yeung
|   Fala Chen didn't get any awards at the TVB Annual Awards the other night, but that didn't seem to bother her too much. Yesterday, she was in Tuen Mun for the "Radiant and Gray Taro Christmas Dream Paradise" opening ceremony. Fala told reporters that it was reasonable for her to not be disappointed by her defeat. She was very happy for her friend Tavia Yeung who had won 2 awards. She also disclosed that "Tavia and I had something in common; Our minds seemed to think alike. We wore the same evening gown on that night even we had our dresses from different sponsors. I had my dress sponsored by Lane Crawford, and she had hers from another sponsor. We only found that out at the backstage before the presentation. I knew she would be getting the award, therefore I didn't mind her to continue wearing that dress for the presentation. I immediately borrowed another evening dress from the company. We were lucky that it saved us the embarrassment. Tavia looked stunning that night, and she won two awards as well, I must ask her to treat me to a dinner to celebrate." Although Fala left the presentation empty handed this year, the rating report for "The Stew Of Life" was not too bad, it has helped her earn some extra money too, and she is happy for what she has.
